Our mission is to provide local-to-local opportunities for design professionals to engage with students in their community, enhancing both their impact in their region as well as the future of the design community.

The Design Leadership Foundation seeks to foster diversity and inclusion in the design industry, promoting equity among design students and designers, and elevating and strengthening our profession –– and design –– as a whole.
